Job Details

We handle high-stakes commercial litigation involving complex business disputes, often spanning multiple parties, jurisdictions, and legal frameworks. Our team represents companies, executives, and institutions in matters requiring strategic thinking, technical precision, and courtroom advocacy.

Practice Areas Include:

• Breach of contract and business disputes
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Tortious interference and other business torts
• Directors' and officers' liability
• Restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation
• Franchise and dealership disputes
• Construction litigation and lien enforcement
• Insurance coverage disputes involving commercial policies
• Fraud, misrepresentation, and NJ Consumer Fraud Act claims
• Injunctive and equitable relief (TROs, preliminary and permanent injunctions)

Looking For:

• J.D. and licensed to practice in New Jersey
• Minimum 2 years of experience in complex commercial or business litigation
• Experience in any of the above practice areas is preferred
