• Provide high-quality patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as ordered by physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor resident progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellent patient care and customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our residents and their families
