Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on Sunday day shifts. As a CNA at Birchwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care to our patients. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Participate in resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
