As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
, you will play a key leadership role in our skilled nursing facility. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our nursing team, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure that our residents receive individualized care and attention
- Developing and implementing care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Monitoring patient progress and making adjustments to care plans as needed
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Providing education and training to our nursing staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide the highest level of care
Current RN licensure in the State of New Jersey
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an RN in a long-term care setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
