We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on Sunday day shifts. As a CNA at Birchwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center
, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care to our patients. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care and support to our residents.

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Participate in resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
