The ECommerce Support Specialist supports our digital platforms (Ebay, Shopify, etc.), ensuring a seamless purchasing experience for riders. This role requires a strong aptitude with various digital programs and a passion for cycling.

• Operate and optimize eCommerce platforms (Ebay, Shopify, etc.) for a smooth customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with riders and team members across multiple channels.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50lbs with proper lifting techniques.
• Provide detailed and accurate order handling, product information, and support.

• Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand.
• Preferred:
  Bike shop experience and 1+ year of retail experience as a current or former employee.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
