Responsibilities- Drive Johnstone Supply NJ’s customer sales program initiatives.
- Work with the sales operations team to implement all sales and marketing programs and enhance the customer communication experience.
- Collaborate with individuals at all levels of the company to support a collaborative vision and execute revolutionary programs that engage customers.
- Provide administrative support, conduct research, follow up with customers, create reports, and maintain spreadsheets to deliver insights on markets, competitors, and campaign effectiveness.
- Process and manage submissions, applications, and documentation for company programs and activities.
- Assist with logistical planning and internal communications, including newsletters, memorandums, and regional documents.
- Participate in showroom merchandising strategy development and the creation of marketing materials such as emails, presentations, newsletters, and collateral.
- Gather market intelligence to support research on brand perceptions, customer needs, market penetration, and competitor analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, communications, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, account management, or a business support function.
- Familiarity with the HVAC industry and HVAC products preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and reporting software; experience with ERP, business intelligence, and web analytics tools is a plus.
- Excellent English language, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and self‑motivated with strong enthusiasm for both big picture goals and day‑to‑day tasks.
- Knowledge of sales, business, and marketing processes with the ability to contribute to planning and strategic thinking.
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
