Full Time Paratransit Access Link Driver – Cranford, NJ

Now offering a $500 sign‑on bonus! As a Full Time Paratransit Access Link Driver, you will play a vital role in your community and the lives of our passengers. No experience is necessary; we provide training to help you become a safe and professional driver.

Responsibilities
  • Safely transport community members and neighbors to and from appointments, errands and other destinations.
  • Supervise boarding and unloading at stops; assist citizens while entering the vehicle and with mobility aids.
  • Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections (brakes, lights, tires, emergency exits).
  • Report mechanical issues promptly and keep the bus clean and sanitary.
  • Obey all traffic laws and company safety standards.
  • Communicate with passengers, staff, and dispatch about behavior or delays.
  • Demonstrate leadership and customer service skills.
Who We’re Looking For
  • At least 21 years old.
  • Valid driver’s license held for at least 3 years.
  • Looking for a full‑time schedule.
  • Enjoy working with people and driving.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Valid CDL License (Class A, B, or

    C) with passenger endorsement.
  • History of driving with ride‑share companies or taxi services.
  • Previous experience as a social worker, classroom assistant, hospitality worker, customer service, retail associate, care assistant, or direct care worker.
Compliance & Testing

Position is subject to DOT drug testing as a safety‑sensitive employee. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason.
