Our client, a reputable automotive business, is establishing a brand‑new Bodyshop in Cranleigh, Surrey, and is looking for a skilled Bodyshop Technician to join their expanding team. - Repair small to medium bodywork damage from start to finish, including dent pulling, filler application, sanding, priming, and painting
- Strip, prepare, and replace damaged panels
- Carry out welding, fabrication, and panel alignment
- Assess vehicle damage and formulate effective repair plans
- Manage insurance claims, private work, and fleet repairs throughout the repair process
- Carry out quality assurance checks and final vehicle inspections
- Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Complete all relevant paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Technician or similar role
- Fully competent in all aspects of body repairs from initial assessment to final finish
- Ability to work efficiently on insurance, private, and fleet repairs
- Relevant qualifications and certifications in body repairs
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A team player committed to quality workmanship and customer service
