We are currently seeking a skilled SMART Repairer to join a reputable dealership in Cranleigh, Surrey. As a SMART Repairer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality repairs within a well-established automotive environment. Duties
  • Carrying out a variety of SMART repair tasks such as striping, fitting, refurbishment, and parts fitting
  • Performing repairs on multiple vehicle components including respraying, buffing, alloy wheel refurbishment, touch-ups, and parts replacement
  • Working independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality results
  • Adhering strictly to health and safety policies and using PPE appropriately
  • Supporting the maintenance of a safe and efficient workshop environment
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a SMART Repairer or Paint Sprayer, ideally within a crash repair or main dealer environment
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant repair experience
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality workmanship
  • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team setting
  • Valid work permit or right to work in the UK
