Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Doucette CPAs is a growing full-service accounting, tax and consulting firm seeking a talented front office assistant to be the first impression of our firm and support our tax and accounting services teams with administrative support.
The candidate must be a team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently and independently. Excellent oral and written communication as well as strong interpersonal skills required.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience providing administrative support in an accounting or financial services environment, be willing to learn, and possess a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries effectively
- Answer and triage telephone calls, email and mail
- Organize, scan and file client documents
- Update and maintain client records
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, tax returns and other documents
- Support the accounting team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, as needed
- Regularly run errands to satellite offices, post offices or the bank to make deposits
- Maintain a tidy, organized and welcoming reception area
- Maintain office supplies, inventory and equipment
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative office culture

- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum); associate, or bachelor’s degree or relevant certification preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a receptionist, office manager or similar administrative role, preferably in an accounting or financial services environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Skilled in using accounting software and related technology preferred but not required
- Candidate must reside locally with the ability to work weekday business hours (8:30am to 5:00pm)
- Willing to work Saturdays and/or extended hours during tax season
- Reliable transportation is required
