Hospital Administrative Compliance Consultant
SharePoint Experience is must.
Location: ESH Barry Hall, 14 Harrington Road, Cranston, RI
Schedule: 35 hours/week
Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to support a project-based initiative focused on healthcare data management, SharePoint document organization, and file maintenance. This role will play a key part in building structured SharePoint environments, organizing procedural and operational documents, and improving document storage and retrieval systems.
Key Responsibilities- Organize, maintain, and manage electronic files and documentation
- Create, update, and maintain SharePoint sites and document libraries
- Design SharePoint structures to support procedural documentation and workflows
- Implement document version control, naming conventions, and file standardization
- Support data entry, tracking, and data management activities
- Develop efficient folder structures and workflows to improve accessibility
- Collaborate with project leaders to identify documentation and operational needs
- Ensure documents are properly categorized and maintained according to standards
- Assist with cleanup and migration of existing electronic records
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using Microsoft Share Point
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of healthcare or hospital operations
- Experience with file organization, workflow management, or project coordination
- Prior healthcare or hospital environment experience
- Experience supporting compliance or regulatory documentation
- Background in administrative support, project coordination, or data management
- Familiarity with electronic document management systems (EDMS)
- Microsoft SharePoint site creation and document library management
- Data management and electronic file organization
- Microsoft Excel (data tracking and formatting)
- Document version control and standardization processes
- SharePoint workflow automation (Power Automate or similar tools)
- Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) administration
- Data migration and records digitization
- Compliance documentation and audit support tracking
