Tasca Automotive Group - Cranston has a lengthy career opportunity for a full‑time Vehicle Inventory Specialist to join the Administration Office Team. Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience. Will train the right candidate. EOE.

• Retrieve new vehicle invoices from manufacturers' websites daily and pre‑stock into our vehicle system through CDK software.
• Enter new vehicles in the accounting system when vehicles arrive at dealer location.
• Enter all purchased used vehicles in the vehicle and accounting systems.
• Bill out deals for auction wholesales and Dealer Trades.
• Data entry, accounting and light filing.
• Other office tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

• Prior automotive industry helpful but not necessary. Will train the right individual.
• CDK experience a plus but not required.
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be focused and dependable.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work in a positive, team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
