Our model combines institutional investment banking discipline with entrepreneurial speed and proprietary deal-origination systems.

As an Executive Director, your focus is straightforward: win mandates, run sell‑side processes, and close transactions. You'll engage directly with business owners and executives who have already expressed interest in advisory support, guiding them through Palmstone's efficient engagement model — built to convert faster and execute more effectively than the traditional approach. This is a role for experienced M&A professionals who want full autonomy, deal flow they didn't have to source from scratch, and the infrastructure to execute at an institutional level.

Target earnings: $150,000 – $500,000+ annually, based on deal volume and transaction value. Top performers are uncapped.

• Engage directly with business owners exploring exits, full sales, or strategic transactions.
• Lead decisive advisory conversations — diagnose the situation, position our process, and convert to signed mandates.
• Negotiate and close engagement letters — you own the commercial relationship from first conversation to close.
• Run full sell‑side M&A processes: valuation, materials, buyer identification, outreach, and negotiation.
• Manage buyer communication, data room preparation, and transaction coordination through to completion.
• Collaborate with Palmstone's origination and analyst teams to refine targeting and maximize conversion.

• A consistent pipeline of engaged business owners — you focus on conversion and execution, not cold origination.
• Analyst and execution support for deal materials, buyer outreach, and due diligence coordination.
• Institutional‑grade infrastructure: CRM, automation, buyer databases, and process templates.
• Proven frameworks for mandate origination, buyer engagement, and deal management.
• The credibility and backing of an established international financial group.
• A global buyer network of acquirers, PE funds, family offices, and strategic buyers — complementing your own relationships.

• Percentage of engagement and success fees on mandates you close and manage.
• Transparent, performance‑based structure with no cap on earnings.

• 8–12 years in M&A advisory, sell‑side transactions, corporate finance, or business brokerage.
• Proven track record closing sell‑side mandates with privately held companies.
