Job Summary
** The Commercial Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share for Albida US Inc. in the US market, focusing on developing and executing commercial strategies.
Job Responsibilities *
* * Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market analysis, client prospecting, and proposal development.
* Manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
* Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements, contracts, and partnerships.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
* Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses to senior management.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, operations) to align commercial efforts with overall company goals.
* Represent Albida US Inc. at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
* Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals (if applicable).
Job Qualifications*
* * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
* Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in commercial management, business development, or sales within the Workday market.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Strong understanding of the US market and relevant industry landscape.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Willingness to travel domestically as required.
