Job Title: Project Manager – Intermediate

Location: Cranston, RI (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)

Duration: 12+ Months (Subject to Extension)

Project Manager to support strategic initiatives through project planning, stakeholder coordination, program implementation, reporting, communications, and operational support. The successful candidate will work closely with program, policy, and leadership teams to drive projects from planning through execution while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

• Manage day-to-day project activities and operational deliverables
• Coordinate meetings, work groups, and stakeholder engagements
• Develop project communications, status reports, and presentations
• Track project milestones, risks, issues, and action items
• Prepare agendas, meeting notes, dashboards, and progress reports
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and tracking tools
• Support procurement, invoicing, scheduling, and administrative activities
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
• Assist leadership with project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting

Master's degree preferred in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, Health Policy, Human Services, Social Work, Law, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
