Asset Management Analyst

Our Asset Management division oversees a diverse portfolio of branded and independent hotels and marinas in premier destinations across the United States.
Responsibilities- Analyze hotel operational and financial performance against budgets, prior‑year results, and market benchmarks.
- Evaluate key hospitality KPIs including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP, and NOI to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Prepare investor presentations, lender reporting packages, and ad‑hoc financial analyses for senior leadership.
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics, brand quality scores, and customer feedback to identify operational improvement opportunities.
- Maintain asset management databases and ensure accurate financial, operational, and legal property documentation.
- Review hotel operational reports and synthesize insights for the broader Asset Management team.
- Assist with loan covenant compliance and lender reporting requirements.
- Participate in high‑level property meetings including revenue management, sales & marketing, monthly P&L reviews, investor discussions, and construction updates.
- Support refinancing initiatives through lender coordination, deal tracking, and financial package preparation.
- Assist with acquisitions and dispositions, including due diligence, transition management, and cross‑functional coordination.
- Contribute to strategic discussions involving management agreements, franchise negotiations, lease reviews, and lender communications.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
- 13 years of relevant experience preferred (hotel asset management, hospitality finance, real estate private equity, consulting, or related analytical roles).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
