Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Location: Rhode Island / Southern Massachusetts Region

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 + strong benefits + growth opportunity

A highly regarded construction management firm is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join its team. • Lead day-to-day field operations from mobilization through closeout.
• Manage site safety, quality control, schedule, and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate all trades to maintain production and sequencing.
• Conduct daily site meetings and communicate priorities clearly.
• Ensure work is completed per plans, specifications, and company standards.
• Partner with Project Managers on schedules, procurement, and problem-solving.
• Maintain daily reports, look-aheads, and site documentation.
• Drive punch list completion and successful turnover.

• 5-10 years of Superintendent or field leadership experience in commercial construction.
• Experience overseeing vertical building, renovation, or fit-out projects.
• Strong scheduling and subcontractor coordination skills.
• Deep understanding of construction sequencing, safety, and quality standards.
• Ability to lead teams with professionalism and accountability.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
• OSHA certification preferred.
