• Schedule patient appointments as the first point of contact for new patients, handling calls to book services.
• Answer inbound calls in a high-volume environment with compassionate service.
• Listen empathetically, understand patient needs, and use sales and customer service techniques to set appointments and meet call center goals.
• Other duties as assigned by Call Center Leadership.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience (retail, call center, or hospitality) is preferred; ability to handle high-volume calls is strongly preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment with strong communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate provided technology efficiently.
• Must have a Cable/Fiber internet connection and be able to hardwire within 6 feet of the router (no WiFi/cellular/hotspot), with at least 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Quiet, HIPAA-compliant, private workspace required.
• Some evening and weekend scheduling availability required.

• Pay rate: $17.00 per hour, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses paid monthly and pay rate increases at 90 and 180 days.
