Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cranston, Rhode Island. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment while developing your skills in customer support and sales operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of solving problems efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing timely and attentive responses to customer inquiries.

- Manage order entries and updates in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and resolving any exceptions to maintain seamless operations.

- Monitor and respond to emails in the inbox, addressing customer needs and concerns promptly.

- Support inside sales efforts by collaborating with other teams and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Utilize Salesforce and other systems to track, adjust, and update orders as necessary.

- Address and resolve complex order issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

- Maintain a high level of attention to detail while processing customer data and documentation.

- Proactively identify and troubleshoot customer problems, offering effective solutions.

- Build positive relationships with customers and internal teams to foster trust and reliability. Requirements - Proven experience in customer service or related roles.

- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

- Strong skills in order entry and data management.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction.
