- Improving data accuracy and reporting across CS systems
- Collaborating with CS, Rev Ops, and Product teams
- Enabling teams to operate more efficiently and proactively
- 5+ years in customer success operations or CS systems roles
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and retention drivers
- Comfort working at the intersection of process and technology
- Ability to troubleshoot systems and recommend improvements
- Curiosity around scaling customer success programs
