Part Time Teller – Country:

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers and assist with financial needs and transaction processing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming customers, minimizing wait times, and addressing banking needs.
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions while handling cash and maintaining accurate cash‑drawer balances.
  • Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, compliance, and risk‑management protocols to prevent fraudulent situations.
  • Recognize opportunities and cross‑sell bank products to deepen customer relationships.
  • Engage customers using digital tools and educate them on self‑service options.
  • Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, creating a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Support nearby branch locations as needed based on business necessity.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 months of cash‑handling experience.
  • Minimum 6 months of demonstrated customer‑service experience.
  • Excellent customer‑service skills and a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to identify and elevate risk concerns to appropriate channels.
  • Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures.
  • Effective listening and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and technology to enhance customer engagement.
  • Energetic, organized, and able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Computer proficiency and basic math skills.
  • Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Bilingual Spanish language skills – preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Established work history demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products.
Compensation

Base pay range:
Minimum $30,000.00 USD – Maximum $47,000.00 USD. The range reflects an annualized salary for a 40‑hour work week. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors.
