Provide and support the use of instructional technology and provide services that facilitate the integration of technology in teaching and learning across the curriculum. Provide support and troubleshooting for the learning management system (LMS). Manage the ticketing system for the Center for Instructional Technology group and liaise between the CIT and the IT Help Center.
- Provide support for faculty by assisting them with integrating technology into the curriculum.
- Work with faculty on the implementation of learning technologies and the development of instructional content used to support online, blended, and face‑to‑face courses.
- Provide support to faculty and students in the use of the learning management system and other instructional technologies.
- Provide support to faculty in the use of the video streaming server.
- Manage the ticketing system for the Center for Instructional Technology group.
- Design, develop, and deliver professional and technical training for faculty on current technologies and new initiatives in the area of instructional technology through web‑based tutorials; instructor‑led and hands‑on workshops; remote web‑conference sessions, and online self‑paced training programs.
- Stay informed about the current state of and future advances in instructional and multimedia technology, e‑learning applications and digital media creation/delivery.
- Design and develop print and online user documentation and other materials to support faculty and students.
- Assist in the development of online and multimedia instructional materials to support faculty and students.
- Participate in projects to integrate new instructional technologies including installing, configuring, and testing new hardware and software.
- Consistently develop and exhibit a positive, user‑focused, customer‑service attitude and atmosphere. Work collaboratively with others and provide quality customer service in a diverse and inclusive environment.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager of Instructional Technology or the Director of User Support Services.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities- Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively and collegially with faculty, staff, administrators, students, and colleagues.
- Ability to consistently develop and create a positive and quality, user‑focused, customer‑service atmosphere within a diverse and inclusive environment.
- Effective problem‑solving and the ability to work on multiple assignments.
- Proficiency in current desktop applications and operating systems (PC and Mac).
- Demonstrated experience in preparing instructional multimedia.
Experience: A minimum of four years of relevant experience in instructional technology preferably in a higher education environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Instructional technology support; LMS support (Blackboard), Ticket tracking software (Team Dynamix), Kaltura Video.

Environmental ConditionsThis position requires occasional lifting, moving, and/or installation of moderately heavy equipment (such as computers); wiring; and other related information technology tasks.

Full Time / Part TimeFull‑time.
Proposed Starting Salary Range$75,000–$85,000.
Work ScheduleMonday – Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
