Salary range: $120,000 – $140,000

• Coordinate and successfully execute New Product Introduction (NPI) projects concerning Fire Suppression products.
• Oversee all aspects of projects, establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and summarize project status.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for upper management regarding project statuses.
• Maintain familiarity with engineering, project management, and product concepts across disciplines.
• Execute tasks with quality and timeliness, whether under direct supervision or independently.
• Establish and sustain effective working relationships across teams.
• Utilize strong organizational skills to facilitate progress and drive results.
• Uphold the organization’s values by promptly escalating issues to appropriate managers for resolution, sharing best practices, and mentoring others.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, offering assistance with issues or concerns to ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Ensure that candidates meet citizenship or permanent residency requirements; sponsorship is not available.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in electronic product design and new product introduction within a manufacturing context.
• At least 8 years of experience in program management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing product development projects to completion.
• Familiarity with PMI’s Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK®).
• Experience with product launches.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Proficiency in Visio.
• Experience with in the fire protection industry.

• Salary range: $120,000 – $140,000, determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, internal equity, and market data.
