We are seeking a highly motivated, analytically driven Asset Management Analyst to join our corporate headquarters in Cranston, Rhode Island. This is a unique opportunity to gain direct exposure to hotel operations, real estate finance, investment strategy, and ownership-level decision-making within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

You’ll work alongside senior leadership and play an active role in managing a nationally recognized hospitality portfolio while developing the skills and experience necessary for long-term growth within the organization.

What You’ll Do Responsibilities
  • Analyzing hotel operational and financial performance against budgets, prior-year results, and market benchmarks
  • Evaluating key hospitality KPIs including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP, and NOI to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Preparing investor presentations, lender reporting packages, and ad hoc financial analyses for senior leadership
  • Monitoring guest satisfaction metrics, brand quality scores, and customer feedback to identify operational improvement opportunities
  • Maintaining asset management databases and ensuring accurate financial, operational, and legal property documentation
  • Reviewing hotel operational reports and synthesizing insights for the broader Asset Management team
  • Assisting with loan covenant compliance and lender reporting requirements
  • Participating in high-level property meetings including revenue management, sales & marketing, monthly P&L reviews, investor discussions, and construction updates
  • Supporting refinancing initiatives through lender coordination, deal tracking, and financial package preparation
  • Assisting with acquisitions and dispositions, including due diligence, transition management, and cross-functional coordination
  • Contributing to strategic discussions involving management agreements, franchise negotiations, lease reviews, and lender communications

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred, but not required (hotel asset management, hospitality finance, real estate private equity, consulting, or related analytical roles)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
