Certified Eyelash Stylist

We are seeking a certified Eyelash Specialist with a valid Rhode Island Cosmetology or Esthetician license to join our team. The role provides eyelash extension services and chemical services for eyelashes and eyebrows, delivering a welcoming and relaxing experience for clients. Your beauty expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction will help maintain our reputation for excellence.

• Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications while ensuring client safety and satisfaction.
• Perform high-quality chemical services while ensuring client safety and satisfaction.
• Sanitize all tools and workstations according to industry standards to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Provide excellent guest services by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering professional, personalized recommendations.
• Utilize MINDBODY software for scheduling appointments and managing client records efficiently.
• Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance of their eyelashes and eyebrows to enhance their experience and retention.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while adhering to salon policies and procedures.
• Willing to work evening shifts and weekends specifically.

• Proven experience (2 years) in eyelash extension application is required; certification is required.
• Valid Rhode Island Cosmetology or Esthetician license is required.
• Facial threading experience is a plus but not required.
• Background in sales or customer service is highly desirable to effectively promote services and engage with clients.
• Familiarity with guest services in a beauty or wellness setting is preferred.
• Experience with MINDBODY or similar scheduling software is advantageous.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and health regulations within the beauty industry is essential.
• Previous experience in related fields will be beneficial but not mandatory.
