Located in the breathtaking tropical island nation of Seychelles, Our Holistic Spa is an award‑winning luxury wellness brand and the proud owner of the country’s largest day spa. Building on our reputation for excellence, we are now launching an exciting new flagship venture directly opposite our spa — a brand new luxury hair salon, set to become the largest and most sophisticated salon in the Seychelles.

Our salon will cater to an elite and diverse clientele including VIP guests, expatriates, local professionals, bridal clients, and international tourists from around the world, offering a full premium hair and beauty experience in an elegant, high‑end environment. We are passionate about delivering exceptional service, personalized client care, and immaculate presentation. • Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Must be a fully qualified and experienced professional barber with strong technical ability in all aspects of modern and classic barbering services.
• Must be able to work with all hair types (Caucasian, Afro etc).
• Must be highly skilled in clipper cuts, scissor cuts, skin fades, taper fades, beard trimming, beard shaping, moustache grooming, hot towel shaves and precision finishing.
• Must have excellent attention to detail and confidence in delivering sharp, clean and consistent results.
• Must be able to perform professional client consultations and recommend styles according to face shape, hair type and client preference.
• Experience in men’s hair colouring, grey blending, scalp treatments and premium grooming services will be considered highly advantageous.
• Must maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization and hygiene standards at all times.
• Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to build strong long‑term relationships with clients.
• Must have confidence in retail product recommendations and upselling grooming products where suitable.
• Must be professional, well‑groomed, punctual, friendly, hard‑working and passionate about barbering.
• Must be willing to stay updated with the latest international men’s grooming trends and techniques.
• Previous experience in a busy or high‑end barber shop/salon environment is highly preferred.

• Staff accommodation in a private room, sharing house with other international staff and monthly utility allowance will be provided.
• Non‑target based commission on all treatments and products.
• Good opportunity for promotion within the company based on performance.
• Very competitive salary with yearly revision based on performance.
• 1x paid return flight ticket to home country per year.
• 21 days paid annual leave (holiday) per year.
• Basic Salary will be negotiated after review of candidates CV and further discussion.
