Job Overview

We are seeking a part time Medical assistant for aesthetic procedures and assist in other administrative work

• Schedule patients for aesthetic procedures
• Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with intake procedures to ensure a seamless check-in process.
• Pre and post procedure patient preparation and instructions review.
• Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and assisting providers during aesthetic procedures
• Manage electronic health record (EHR) systems accurately by documenting patient encounters and updating medical histories
• Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment while adhering to safety protocols for infection control and patient privacy.
• Support administrative duties in the OBGYN practice such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and assist in obtaining prior authorizations.

• Proven experience as a Medical Assistant in outpatient or inpatient settings; clinic experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dermatology, or OBGYN environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and proficiency in medical terminology is essential for accurate documentation.
• Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach to diverse populations including geriatrics and pediatric patients in settings like PICU or outpatient clinics.
