Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) – 3rd ShiftWe are seeking compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our quality-focused teams supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in their homes during the Overnight (3rd Shift).
Experience working third shift is a plus

The Awake Overnight DSP is responsible for remaining alert and available throughout the shift while providing assistance as needed to ensure each individual's health, safety, and overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- Remain awake, alert, and attentive throughout the entire overnight shift
- Provide personal care and support as needed
- Ensure individuals' health, safety, and wellbeing needs are met
- Follow all individualized care plans and report concerns to nursing staff or management
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with policy
- Complete household cleaning tasks during shift
- Objectively and accurately document nightly responsibilities
- Promote respectful communication and positive interactions consistent with company values
- Maintain a positive, productive team environment with individuals, families, coworkers, management, and community partners
- Attend and successfully complete all required trainings, in-services, and staff meetings
- Maintain strong attendance and punctuality
Must be at least 18 years old;
High School Diploma or GED;
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
3rd Shift: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour
3rd Shift Specialized Supports: $23.50 per hour (experience required)
3rd Shift Resting: $18.00 per hour
