ALEE is currently hiring a BCBA for our Clinical Intensive Program!

Our multidisciplinary, holistic approach gives each child the best chance to realize their full potential.

We are seeking a highly motivated BCBA to join our growing team and provide in-clinic ABA therapy services to preschool‑aged children (2-6 years old).

This is a full‑time, on‑site position with hours of 8:30 AM - 4:15 PM.

You will primarily utilize Natural Environment Teaching (NET) strategies to create effective programming for each child.

We are seeking a BCBA with a strong foundation and a willingness to learn and implement additional evidence‑based assessments and practices, such as:

• Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
• Socially Savvy (SS)
• PEAK
• You will report directly to the Clinical Operations Manager (a BCBA!) and collaborate closely with on‑site Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Speech‑Language Pathologists (SLPs) to ensure a holistic approach to each child's development.
