Responsibilities

- Collect/prepare non-blood specimens.
- Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering.
- Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous phlebotomy training or experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing (bonus)
- Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians (bonus)
Demonstrates expertise in patient care and specimen collection, ensuring compliance with safety and quality control standards. Proficient in communication and data entry within a fast‑paced laboratory environment.
Certifications & Qualifications- High School Diploma
- American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians Certification
