- Help shape and drive an inclusive innovation strategy that enhances workforce participation in innovation
- 4+ years of experience in Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, organizational culture, or related fields
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience supporting or managing programs within a global or matrixed organization
- Ability to analyze and draw insights from people data related to representation and retention
- Engaging communicator and presenter, capable of conveying ideas clearly and credibly
- Demonstrates authenticity and empathy while practicing productive candor
- Strong self-awareness and a growth mindset; adapts effectively to change
- Actively invests in learning and growth, seeking and integrating feedback
- Comfortable managing up and aligning work to priorities
- Experience with community engagement tools like Slack
