As an Application Consultant at Kyndryl you will join the Kyndryl Consultant Profession, working with other Kyndryl Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and cross-functional Technical Subject Matter Experts. We are seeking an experienced Epic Cadence – Prelude Analyst to join our team and lead critical optimization, implementation, and production support initiatives. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet organizational goals.

• Manage all aspects of Epic optimization and implementation projects, including meetings, timelines, build, testing, and deployment.
• Provide timely production support and troubleshooting to meet SLA commitments.
• Act as a liaison with operational leaders at all levels, including directors.
• Work extensively with Epic tools such as work queues, decision trees, Book It, and Fast Pass.
• Handle RTE query chaining and plan mapping for efficient workflows.
• Create detailed documentation, including workflows, test scripts, and tip sheets.
