Hybrid in RI-would consider remote for qualified out of state candidate
$100/hr
ERP Systems, Enterprise Applications, ITSM Frameworks, ITIL, People Soft ,Oracle Cloud, Change Management.
This individual will build and maintain a Peoplesoft infrastructure in Oracle cloud and manage a team for operational day to day work as well as major People Soft upgrades.
We’re looking for a hands‑on IT leader to oversee enterprise applications and drive the performance, reliability, and evolution of core ERP services.
What You’ll Do:- Manage and mentor a team supporting ERP and enterprise applications
- Oversee system configurations, integrations, upgrades, and ongoing support
- Apply ITSM best practices across Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Partner with business stakeholders to align systems with operational needs
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous service improvement
- Manage priorities, resources, and team workload to meet organizational goals
- Serve as a technical advisor, evaluating solutions based on value, cost, and risk
- Bachelor’s degree and experience leading technical or application teams
- Strong background supporting ERP systems and enterprise environments
- Experience with ITSM frameworks and operational best practices
- Proven ability to manage projects and cross‑functional initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset
