The Opportunity

Our partner is delivering a high-impact Digital Trust initiative focused on improving how services are accessed, delivered, and experienced across Atlantic Canada.

They’re looking for a Change Manager who can lead the people side of transformation—ensuring new tools, processes, and ways of working are adopted smoothly and effectively across a diverse partner landscape.

This is a visible, high-impact role where you’ll work directly with leadership, delivery teams, and stakeholders to drive meaningful change.

• Lead the change strategy aligned to a complex digital transformation roadmap
• Assess organizational readiness and identify impacts across teams and partners
• Drive stakeholder engagement
  —building alignment, trust, and participation
• Deliver clear, consistent communications that simplify complex change
• Support training and readiness activities ahead of key releases
• Track adoption, risks, and resistance

• Help embed changes into day-to-day operations for long-term success

• Proven experience leading change management in large-scale transformation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical teams
• Ability to translate complex change into clear, actionable messaging
• Experience driving adoption and readiness in multi-team environments
• Familiarity with tools like Jira or similar
