The RoleWe’re looking for a hands‑on AI Growth Marketing Lead to own the full‑funnel demand engine that drives awareness, engagement, and revenue‑generating pipeline for our developer‑first and enterprise audiences.
We are looking for a builder who obsesses over measurable pipeline contribution, tight sales alignment, and relentless experimentation in the developer infrastructure and workflow orchestration space. Expert use of AI tools is required to automate processes, reporting, and GTM campaigns. You will report directly to the President and play a pivotal role in scaling Diagrid’s growth in a fast‑moving, remote‑first startup environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute multi‑channel demand generation strategies and campaigns (paid media, content syndication, email nurturing, webinars, and ABM) that consistently deliver qualified leads and pipeline.
- Own performance marketing channels, including Linked In Ads, Google Ads, retargeting, and content promotion — continuously testing, optimizing, and scaling for ROI and pipeline velocity.
- Lead Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) programs in close partnership with Sales to accelerate high‑value opportunities.
- Drive organic growth by delivering strong SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) results. Optimize website content, technical structure, and assets to improve visibility in traditional search engines as well as AI‑powered answer engines (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude, etc.), ensuring Diagrid ranks for high‑intent developer and infrastructure queries.
- Reporting & Analytics:
Build, maintain, and present comprehensive reporting dashboards covering campaign performance, pipeline attribution, MQL‑to‑SQL conversion, event ROI, social engagement, SEO/AEO performance, and overall marketing contribution to revenue. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to marketing, sales, and executive leadership on a regular cadence. - Work hand‑in‑hand with the Product Marketing team to align campaigns with product positioning, develop technically accurate and compelling messaging, co‑create content and assets, and ensure all demand programs resonate deeply with platform engineers, AI/ML teams, and enterprise infrastructure buyers.
