• Learn our manufacturing and distribution operations and translate that knowledge into accurate product costing/quoting.
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide support and solutions to customers in alignment with our customer service policies and guidelines in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform general office administration support.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Strong ability to understand technical information and translate it into costing.
• Mechanically inclined
• Ability to read basic prints.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Capability to learn industry specifications and research standards.
• Quick learning and adaptability.
• Patience in learning the quoting process.
• Effective telephone communication skills with the ability to discuss and resolve customer issues.
• Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers to provide exceptional service.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• ERP software or manufacturing accounting experience is a plus.
