Associate Attorney

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney admitted to practice in Rhode Island and Massachusetts to join our very high-volume law practice. This position is ideal for an attorney with 1–2 years of experience who is comfortable managing a busy caseload and appearing regularly in court.

• Manage a high-volume caseload from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
• Regular court appearances in RI and MA
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff
• Conduct legal research and case analysis

• Active admission and good standing with the RI and MA Bars (required)
• 1–2 years of legal experience preferred; not required
• Experience handling a high caseload strongly preferred
• Strong writing, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines
