Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough legal analysis of immigration files received via FOIA requests to identify potential relief and case options Perform comprehensive screenings of client documents and histories to assess eligibility for immigration benefits or relief Work in a high-volume environment, efficiently managing multiple case files and deadlines Qualifications At least 3-5 years of Immigration Law Experience Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex legal documents and histories Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required Active Bar membership in any U.S. jurisdiction Familiarity with immigration law, including family-based petitions, asylum, removal defense, and other key areas
