Supply Chain Opportunity Costing & Sourcing Associate

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Costing & Sourcing Associate to support our quoting, purchasing, and sourcing activities. This role works closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to analyze costs, maintain quote records, and assist with supplier management.

• Prepare customer quotes by calculating product costs, freight, secondary operations, and related expenses.
• Work with the Sales team to obtain drawings, specifications, and technical information.
• Learn company products, vendors, and sourcing processes for domestic and imported products.
• Review and maintain accurate quote documentation and electronic records.
• Assist in evaluating new and existing suppliers for quality, delivery, and pricing.
• Utilize company systems to review inventory and costing information.
• Support the Operations Manager and Purchasing team with various projects and duties.

• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience in purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, or inventory management.
• Education:
  
  college degree or some college preferred
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
