Maintenance Technician

We are looking to add a Maintenance Technician to our property management team. This person will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning property. This position performs routine maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and general upkeep of the building, grounds, common areas, and equipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to identify and address maintenance needs in a timely manner.

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep throughout the property.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, entrances, stairways, restrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Maintain an organized inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
• Assist with preventative maintenance of building systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal, salting, leaf removal, and other weather-related property needs.
• Respond to maintenance requests and address issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance, janitorial, porter, facilities, or a related position.
• Knowledge of basic power tools.
• Ability to work 40 hour work week.
• Strong references that will support your work history.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay Range: $20+/Hr
