Hours:
Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications- 10+ years of glazing project management experience required
- Strong background in curtain wall, storefront, and commercial glazing systems
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with Partner Pak, Kawneer Direct, or similar industry software
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong understanding of construction standards, codes, and best practices
- Manage glazing projects from pre‑construction through final installation
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, materials, and field operations
- Review estimates, procurement, and field staffing for accuracy and efficiency
- Lead project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful execution
- Use industry software (Partner Pak, Kawneer Direct, and similar tools) for estimating, ordering, and coordination
- Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, general contractors, and vendors
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates and reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies
- Identify and resolve project issues to keep schedules and budgets on track
