Cruise Newbuild Directors – Italy, Finland & Germany

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for senior leaders to take on the challenge of establishing brand-new branches for one of the world’s most dynamic and rapidly expanding marine outfitting specialists. With a significant pipeline of cruise newbuild and refit projects across Europe, the business is looking to strengthen its presence by creating permanent offices in Italy, Finland and Germany.

Each of these roles will begin as consultancy appointments with the mandate of setting up a new branch from the ground up. For the right individuals, the positions will evolve into permanent senior leadership posts as General Manager or Director, offering the scope to shape strategy, build teams and set the commercial direction of their branch. To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:

• Significant senior leadership experience at VP, CEO, or Director level within the cruise, shipbuilding or marine outfitting industries.
• A proven track record in business development, sales and strategic leadership.
• Strong local ties to the Italian, Finnish or German cruise and shipbuilding markets.
• Previous experience of establishing or expanding new operations would be highly advantageous.
• Existing relationships with major cruise companies (e.g. MSC, NCL, Costa, Viking, Aida, Hurtigruten) would be considered a strong asset.
