Job Description
Our company is preparing for the potential U.S. launch of an oncology mRNA-based individualized neoantigen therapy for early‑stage melanoma. To support site readiness and ensure consistent execution, we are seeking a Field Leader to build and lead a regional team of Treatment Site Leads (TSLs). The Regional Director, Oncology Treatment Site Leads, will coach this team, ensuring high‑quality operational execution across the region from onboarding to steady‑state operations.
PrimaryActivities & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of diverse, customer‑centric TSLs.
- Oversee site onboarding and readiness activities, ensuring TSLs deliver process‑focused education.
- Establish and reinforce operational excellence, monitoring field execution and coaching TSLs to address performance gaps.
- Drive collaboration between TSLs and cross‑functional oncology field teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Serve as the primary regional escalation point for operational challenges, mobilizing resources for reliable site execution.
- Translate national treatment‑site strategy into clear regional execution plans and ensure consistent implementation.
- Maintain deep knowledge of individualized neoantigen therapy requirements, educating sites on workflows, logistics, technology, and compliance.
- Analyze regional performance and site readiness metrics to inform coaching, resource allocation, and continuous improvement.
- Synthesize field insights and provide feedback to headquarters on process enhancements and strategic planning.
- Foster a culture of accountability, learning, collaboration, and operational excellence across the team.
BA/BS
Required Experience & Skills- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Managed Markets, or other field‑based pharmaceutical roles.
- Minimum of 3 years as a people manager in a customer‑facing role.
- Minimum of 3 years managing and developing customer relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through ambiguity and deliver results in complex, evolving environments.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with the ability to align stakeholders and appropriately raise issues.
- Strong communication and coaching capabilities, translating strategy into clear field expectations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact with diverse cultures and disciplines.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Supporting site activation/readiness and operational support for advanced therapies (e.g., cell therapies, gene therapies, radioligand therapies).
- Experience with complex oncology workflows and large oncology systems.
- Clear vision and strategy communication that motivates the region.
- Strong understanding of the oncology therapeutic area and marketplace.
- Ability to identify customer needs, address operational barriers, and improve execution in complex care settings.
- Experience leading a large organization.

Salary range: $ – $. Salary within the range will be based on qualifications, experience, location, and business needs. Eligible for annual bonus and long‑term incentive, if applicable.
