Overview

Meridian Adhesives Group is a rapidly growing, full service global adhesive solutions provider, specializing in adhesive technologies used in electronics, industrial, and infrastructure applications. Perform setup, mixing, filling, operation and troubleshooting of filling equipment. Be able to hand fill cartridges and syringes.

• Follow operating procedures, including: ISO procedure, safety rules, PPE requirements, and SDSs
• Fill orders based on the information on the fill ticket.
• Fill out requisitions for raw materials and non-inventory items.
• Inventory cycle count
• Weigh materials and heat materials
• Equipment used:
  Tridak and cartridge filling machines.
• Quality in-process inspection of materials.
• Perform all required maintenance, inspection, and troubleshoot machinery
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Be articulate and able to work collaboratively, both internally and externally, as a team player.
• Accept direction and supervision, while possessing the initiative to make independent decisions.
• Possess the highest levels of personal and professional integrity.
• Work meticulously, neatly, precisely and with a high level of accuracy.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of MRP & ERP systems a plus.

• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.

Schedule:

1st shift, 8:00 pm - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Pay:
This position has a salary range of $19.00 - $20.20 per hour. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.

• Bonus Pay:
  Meridian is actively participating in a productivity incentive plan for 2025. Eligible employees have the opportunity to earn up to $1,520 a year, with payments distributed quarterly throughout the year.
