Eaton is currently seeking a Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift at our Rumford, RI facility. You will lead 2nd shift operations, ensuring safety and productivity while managing the team to meet daily targets.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing supervision and will be responsible for fostering a positive environment and promoting Eaton’s values.
The expected salary range is $71,000 – $105,000 per year, with eligibility for a variable incentive program.
