Set up, program, and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components for R&D projects;
Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, and 3D models to determine machining strategies;
Perform manual machining operations (lathe, mill, surface grinder) when required for secondary operations or basic, low volume tasks;
Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision measurement tools to verify conformance to specifications;
Maintain equipment, tooling, and work areas to ensure safe and efficient operation
