Machine Operator 1st Shift

** Job Responsbilities:*
* + Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery used in the manufacturing of precision hardware and metal components.

+ Load raw materials, adjust machine settings, and ensure equipment is running efficiently to meet production goals.

+ Perform routine quality inspections using measuring tools to verify products meet specifications and company standards.

+ Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.

+ Read work orders, blueprints, and production schedules to ensure accurate and timely completion of jobs.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures and manufacturing protocols.

+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve workflow, productivity, and product quality.

** Skills / Requirements:*
* + Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment

+ Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

+ Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and measuring devices

+ Ability to read blueprints or work instructions

+ Strong attention to detail and quality control

+ Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods

+ Commitment to workplace safety and efficiency

** Pay Details:**  $18.00 to $24.00 per hour
