Responsibilities:
- Perform hand soldering and rework on printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Install and replace surface mount (SMT) and through-hole electronic components.
- Read and follow Assembly Process Instructions (APIs), work instructions, and assembly drawings.
- Use soldering irons, microscopes, hand tools, and other assembly equipment safely and effectively.
- Work with small and delicate electronic components while avoiding damage to surrounding parts.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and workmanship standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Support additional manufacturing and assembly tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous hand soldering experience on printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Experience soldering SMT and/or through-hole components.
- Previous experience in an electronics manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions in English.
- Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Pay $22 - $26 / hour depending on experience #ZREng
