Machine Operators to join our team. Whether you’re just getting started or already have manufacturing experience, we provide the training, tools, and opportunities to help you succeed. We currently have openings on day, evening and night shift.
For Entry-Level Candidates: No prior manufacturing experience required — we will train you. If you enjoy working with your hands and have basic mechanical skills, this is a great opportunity to start a stable, long-term career.
For Experienced Operators: If you have prior experience operating manufacturing equipment, we offer competitive pay based on experience and opportunities to grow into advanced set‑up operator or technical roles.
What You’ll Do- Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow work instructions, documentation, and safety procedures
- Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
We’re hiring people who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with tools and equipment.
Entry-Level Candidates May Have Experience Like:- Changing tires or performing basic car maintenance (oil changes, brakes)
- Assembling furniture, equipment, or kits
- Using hand tools or power tools
- Mechanical hobbies (working on bikes, small engines, etc.)
- Hobbies requiring strong attention to detail and following instructions (legos, model cars, knitting, etc.)
- CNC machining, molding, extrusion, or automated equipment
- Manufacturing, production, or warehouse operations
- Machine setup, changeovers, or troubleshooting
- Reading work instructions, blueprints, or quality specs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Paid training for entry-level employees

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM
2nd
Shift: Monday - Friday, 3 PM - 11 PM ( 10% shift differential eligible)
3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11 PM - 7 AM (10% shift differential eligible)
